New Allegations Against Sean “Diddy” Combs Amid Federal Charges

A lawyer representing a new accuser of Sean “Diddy” Combs has revealed the existence of a pornographic video allegedly featuring the music mogul, who was recently indicted on federal charges related to sex trafficking and racketeering. The lawyer, Ariel Mitchell-Kidd, stated that she was approached regarding the potential sale of the video, which reportedly includes someone more prominent than Combs. The video, allegedly recorded at Combs’ Atlanta home, features a person who was reportedly unaware of being filmed.

Mitchell-Kidd also shared that she was recently contacted by a new client who accused Combs of rape in 2018. According to the client, the assault occurred at a friend’s house, where Combs allegedly arrived with the intention of trafficking her. The woman claimed to have filed a police report at the time, detailing her escape from the situation.

These new claims come as Combs awaits trial following his recent indictment on charges stemming from a decade-long pattern of abuse and trafficking. He is accused of operating a criminal enterprise that exploited women, with some victims allegedly coerced into orchestrated sexual encounters involving male sex workers who were transported across state lines and internationally. The indictment covers incidents from at least 2008, and Combs has pleaded not guilty to all charges. His bail was denied over concerns he might flee the country.

Combs is currently facing multiple lawsuits related to similar allegations, including one filed in New York federal court last week. This latest case accuses him of drugging and raping a woman in 2001, with his bodyguard also implicated in the assault. These legal battles follow the high-profile lawsuit filed by Cassie Ventura in November 2023, which sparked a federal investigation into Combs’ activities.

At the time of his arrest in mid-September, Combs’ lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, strongly denied the charges, describing them as an unjust prosecution. He emphasized Combs’ cooperation with the investigation and urged the public to withhold judgment until all the facts are revealed. Agnifilo has not yet responded to requests for comment on the latest allegations regarding the video and new accuser.

The case continues to unfold as Combs remains in the same unit of Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center as disgraced crypto mogul Sam Bankman-Fried, awaiting trial on multiple charges that could have significant implications for his personal and professional future.
