Designer Daniel Lee presented Burberry‘s autumn/winter collection at London Fashion Week, drawing attention from a star-studded front row. Naomi Campbell surprised attendees by walking the runway in a charcoal grey strapless maxi dress with beaded tassel fringing.
The event, hosted at London’s Victoria Park, attracted a mix of personalities from various industries. Notable figures like British-Nigerian rapper Skepta, Vogue editor-in-chief Anna Wintour, supermodel Jourdan Dunn, and long-distance runner Mo Farah were in attendance. Actors Jonathan Bailey, Gabrielle Union, and Olivia Colman also joined the audience.
Held in a marquee featuring Burberry’s signature check design, the show displayed both menswear and womenswear. This marked the third time creative director Daniel Lee opted for an outdoor setting, following previous shows at Kennington Park and Highbury Fields.
Lee, who took over the role in September 2022, presented his third collection for the iconic British heritage brand, focusing on outerwear and winter essentials. The emphasis on these elements reflected Lee’s ongoing vision for Burberry since succeeding his predecessor Riccardo Tisci.
