On December 9, the Latina artist and actor shared various pictures of herself and her fiancé Sebastian Lletget during and after the sweet proposal. The first image on the Instagram carousel has Becky (real name Rebbeca Marie Gomez) and Lletget, an FC Dallas soccer player, standing by the lake. As the sun sets behind them, Lletget, 30, gets down on one knee, and Becky, 25, is visibly shocked as she holds her palms to her mouth.
The couple can be seen hugging in the second photo (perhaps after she answered “yes”), and Becky can be seen flaunting her engagement ring in the third selfie taken by Lletget.
“Our spot forever,” the carousel’s description reads. According to a TikToker who witnessed the entire proposal and released a video of it on Thursday, it appears to have happened in Manhattan Beach, California: In 2016, Becky and Lletget began dating after getting to know one other through Scott’s “Power Rangers” co-star Naomi Scott (Scott’s husband Jordan Spence was Lletget’s teammate). Scott left a remark on the page with several hearts and the words “My people.”
