Taylor Swift Announces End Date for The Eras Tour

During her monumental 100th Eras Tour show in Liverpool, Taylor Swift shared a heartfelt revelation with her fans. While celebrating this milestone at Anfield Stadium on Thursday (June 13), Taylor Swift made it official: The Eras Tour will wrap up in December.

“The fact that this is the 100th show just doesn’t seem real to me,” Taylor Swift told the ecstatic crowd, captured in a fan’s video. “It’s been the most exhausting yet incredibly joyous and fulfilling experience of my life. Every moment spent with you during this tour has been absolutely incredible.”

As Taylor Swift addressed the audience, she expressed her mixed emotions about the tour’s progression. “A lot of you asked how I’d celebrate the 100th show. Well, today, I’ve finally come to terms with the fact that the tour will conclude this December. That’s the reality,” she added.

The Eras Tour began on March 17, 2023, at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona. Swift is scheduled to close her 152nd show, barring any additional dates, on December 8 at the BC Arena in Vancouver, Canada. “It feels like just yesterday we started, yet here we are, hitting 100 shows and planning for over 150. You’ve made this journey so enjoyable that it’s consumed my entire life. I can hardly remember my hobbies because all I do offstage is come up with new acoustic mash-ups and think about what you’d love to hear next,” Swift shared.

Swift wrapped up her speech by expressing her gratitude to all her fans for their continued support as the tour celebrates hitting the 100-show mark.

After her stint in Liverpool, Swift’s tour will move on to Cardiff, Wales, for a single performance, followed by the first of eight shows at London’s Wembley Stadium.
