BTS sensation Jungkook is set to drop a brand-new single titled ‘3D,’ featuring American rapper Jack Harlow, later this week. The exciting news comes on the heels of Jungkook’s headline performance at the 2023 Global Citizen Festival in New York on September 23, where he left fans in awe with a mysterious teaser video.
Big Hit Music, Jungkook‘s agency, has described ‘3D’ as a “pop R&B track with clever expressions of feelings toward an unattainable person from the perspectives of first, second, and third dimensions.” Moreover, the agency tantalizingly teased that this release will showcase a “more mature side of Jungkook.”

Following his electrifying Global Citizen Festival performance, Big Hit Music promptly announced that ‘3D,’ Jungkook’s second solo single featuring Jack Harlow, is set to hit the airwaves on September 29 at 1 pm KST.
Building anticipation for the release, Jungkook treated fans to two ‘Hero‘ films, offering a glimpse into the upcoming single. These films feature him striking poses in a sleek, spaceship-inspired setting. The excitement didn’t stop there, as the K-pop agency later took to their official social media accounts to unveil the first set of concept photos that will accompany the single.
‘3D’ follows Jungkook’s debut solo single, ‘Seven,’ released just two months ago in July, featuring rapper Latto. The music video for ‘Seven’ also starred South Korean actress Han So-hee, renowned for her role in Netflix’s ‘My Name.’
Shortly after the release of ‘Seven,’ Jungkook revealed on bandmate Suga’s talk show that he has plans to drop a “small mini-album” by November 2023, following up on his second single. At the time, he expressed his desire for a song similar to ‘Seven’ but admitted he hadn’t found the perfect one just yet.
