Skims Taps SZA To Front New Campaign

Grammy-winning artist SZA is the latest celebrity to feature in Skims‘ campaign ads, modeling a dark brown matching underwear set from the brand’s Fits Everybody collection. The new underwear campaign for Kim Kardashian’s shapewear and clothing brand was released on Wednesday morning, ahead of SZA’s final tour stop in Los Angeles. The billboards donning the campaign images shot and directed by Greg Swales were seen surrounding The Forum.

Skims has previously cast bold-faced celebrities like Brooke Shields, Juliette Lewis, Cassie, Indya Moore, Becky G, and Chelsea Handler for its bra campaign that centered around women’s journeys towards self-love and acceptance. For a Valentine’s Day campaign last month, the brand featured real-life best friends Simona Tabasco and Beatrice Grannó, who endeared themselves to audiences as Mia and Lucia on the hit HBO show “The White Lotus.”

Skims’ Fits Everybody collection ranges in size from XXS to 4X and is meant to cater to all body types. Kim Kardashian, the brand’s founder, said in a statement that SZA’s honesty, confidence, and dynamic energy are unparalleled, making her the perfect fit for the collection.
