The 1975 has formally started off its next period with the arrival of another music video and melody named “Part of the Band.” The tune is the principal single from the band’s forthcoming fifth collection, “Being Funny in a Foreign Language”
It’s a string-loaded craftsmanship pop melody that segues into a fragile folky piece, and it sure seems like The 1975 have been paying attention to Bon Iver recently.
