Duo vocalist band PVRA NOVA share an infectious new song titled “Destiny.” The EDM and Rocktronic pair blend in elements of electronic, rock, and pop/alternative music into the song.
Chris Brady started out as a solo artist and then partnered with Rachel Bartlett to create the alternative pop/rock project PVRA NOVA in 2021. The Boston-based artists incorporate real life events into their music, adding authenticity and intimacy to their art. Bartlett and Brady talk about the emotional stories they’ve gone through and the influences they’ve had growing up.
Brady’s husky and enticing vocals together with Bartlett’s hypnotizing voice, urge listeners to sing along the lyrics: “You’re like my medication/A drug that sets me free/ I always romanticize/The love that you’ve taught me/ Paradise is in your eyes/ Like heaven in disguise/ cause you’re my/ my destiny.”
