Capitol issued a statement after Halsey claimed that the label was demanding to “fake a viral moment on TikTok” for the Max Martin and Tobias Karlsson–produced track.
Multi-platinum artist Halsey shared a new single, “So Good” and an accompanying music video.
The tune was delivered by Tobias Karlsson and Max Martin and features the occasionally indirect ways of adoration.
Halsey has various event dates scheduled this late spring, starting Saturday, June 11 at the Governor’s Ball in New York City, followed by dates in the Northwest and west coast, first in Boise, Idaho, and Auburn, Washington.
Halsey’s first offering of 2022, the song is the track the artist claimed their label capitol Records was with holding from release. In May, Halsey took to the app, telling followers that ‘So Good’ wouldn’t drop until they could “fake a viral moment on TikTok”.

“Basically i have a song that i love that i wanna release ASAP but my record label won’t let me…i’ve been in this industry for 8 years and ive sold over 165 million records…i deserve better tbh,” they wrote.
Halsey has since uncovered ‘So Good’, which was delivered by Max Martin and Tobias Karlsson, is about “the companion that was dependably there for me, who I understood I was enamoured with one day”, and said thanks to her fans for their warm gathering to the tune.
