Dior named French-Armenian perfumer Francis Kurkdjian as the new creative director. He is succeeding François Demachy, a world-famous perfumer who is now retiring.
“It is a great honor for me to join Christian Dior Parfums, a House with an inspiring history and driven by a creative spirit resolutely turned towards the future,” Kurkdijan said in an Instagram post.
Francis Kurkdjian has been in the industry since 1995 after his world-famous staple Le Mâle for Jean-Paul Gaultier.
