Rihanna has just etched her name into the annals of music history with an impressive new milestone.
The celebrated 36-year-old artist has now claimed the title of the solo female artist with the highest number of diamond-certified hits. Rihanna took to X (formerly known as Twitter) to announce her record with a straightforward post saying, “Ain’t no back [and] forth,” along with a graphic that highlighted her as the leader in “Most Diamond Singles by a Female Artist” and “Most Diamond Certified Titles by a Female Artist.”

Her record label, Roc Nation, also chimed in to celebrate the achievement.
While fans rejoiced over her latest success, they didn’t miss a chance to express their impatience for her next album, R9. It’s been more than eight years since Rihanna released her last album, Anti, and the excitement for her new music hasn’t faded a bit.
Rihanna’s record now includes four new diamond certifications by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA), increasing her total to seven.
Her list of diamond-certified songs includes the 2007 hit “Umbrella” with Jay-Z, and the 2016 chart-topper “Work” featuring Drake.
Additionally, tracks like “Needed Me” from Anti and “Stay” from Unapologetic achieved diamond status as of the end of May.
Her well-known 2012 track “Diamonds” also reached diamond status in April, perfectly complementing her glittering collection of hits.
Other notable diamond-certified songs include her 2010 track with Eminem, “Love the Way You Lie,” and the 2011 smash hit “We Found Love” with Calvin Harris, which secured its diamond certification in April 2023.
